Bring Home Purina Rewards with the myPurina App

Submitting a receipt is a crucial step in earning points through the myPurina App. There are two ways you can submit a receipt: by taking a photo/uploading an image or by forwarding an email receipt.

To ensure a successful submission, follow these guidelines:

1. Take a photo or upload an image

• Capture a clear photo of your receipt or upload it from your smart phone or desktop. Acceptable file formats include .png, .jpg, and .pdf and must be no larger than 4 MB.
• Make sure the receipt includes essential information such as the retailer's name, date of purchase, purchased Purina items, and the price of the Purina products. While not mandatory, including the transaction number can be helpful.
• Receipts are eligible for submission within 90 days from the purchase date.
• After submitting your receipt, points will be processed and awarded within three business days.

2. Forward an email receipt

• Open the order confirmation or delivery email from the retailer. Ensure that the forwarded email contains complete order information, including the price, purchase date, product name, and retailer name.
• Attachments, including PDFs and other image files, are not accepted. Only the email body must be forwarded; shipping or delivery confirmation emails are not valid.
• Email receipts should be forwarded to earn@purina.com. The email address you use to send must match the one connected to your Purina account.
• After submitting your receipt, points will be processed and awarded within 24 to 48 hours.
