Lauren Pagliughi, DVM

Dr. Lauren Pagliughi (Puh-loo-ghee) attended Rutgers University for her BA and obtained her veterinary degree from Colorado State University. Upon graduation, she completed an internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery at Oradell Animal Hospital. She then joined Absecon Veterinary Hospital, a large general practice in NJ.

Lauren currently resides in Linwood, NJ serving as a veterinary communications manager for Nestlé Purina PetCare. Spreading passion for advanced nutrition, she supports veterinary teaching hospitals throughout the country and provides technical support for Purina’s sales consultants. She continues to practice as a relief veterinarian in South Jersey.

Lauren spends her free time with her twin boys Zachary and Felix, and her daughter, Greta in addition to her Black Lab – Dottie Lou and her 3 kitties, Paws, Cecilia and Daniella. Lauren enjoys being outdoors mountain biking, surfing, road cycling, and snowboarding. She has a passion for sustainability and helping others to make “green” choices.
