What should you look for in a breeder when choosing a dog? Dr. Dennis Cloud shares his tips with host Joe Hipperson. His suggestions include avoiding breeders who want to meet you somewhere on the highway, won’t let you meet the mother, or have multiple listings for different breeds with the same phone number.
